Contract “18–24” is a state program for Ukrainian citizens aged 18 to 24 who want to voluntarily enter military service.

Main Conditions
Age
from 18 to 24 years old
1-year contract
for selected combat specialties
2-year contract
for selected specialties in unmanned systems
Training
before service starts: basic combined-arms training and training in the selected military specialty
UAH 1,000,000
state payment
Payment is made in stages.
UAH 200,000
Within 5 working days after signing the contract and starting duties in the assigned position.
UAH 300,000
Within 5 working days after completing basic combined-arms training and being involved in combat or special tasks.
UAH 500,000
After completing the contract, provided its conditions are fulfilled.
Monthly Allowance
In addition to UAH 1,000,000 under the Contract 18–24 program, a service member receives monthly:

Document processing
The recruiter supports the candidate at every stage until arrival at the military unit.

Contract signing
After processing is complete, the contract is signed.

Arrival at the 41st Brigade
After arrival at the military unit, adaptation, supply, further training, and service are provided by the 41st Brigade.

Training
Completion of basic combined-arms training and training in the selected specialty.
