No. 9. Contacting the recruiter is not binding
Many people put off contacting recruiters out of fear. Someone thinks that after a call or a message, their data will be immediately transferred somewhere. Others are worried that the very fact of application already means consent to the service.
This is not so.
Applying to the recruiting group 41 OMBr is completely voluntary and does not obligate you to anything. You can call or write to us, ask any questions, find out about service conditions, vacancies, training, financial support and get honest advice. After that, you calmly consider everything and only make decisions yourself.
We understand that trust is the most important thing. That is why every appeal to the recruiting team is private and confidential. Without your consent, we will not share your information, issue any documents, or initiate any action regarding your registration. Only you decide whether to move on.
If after the consultation you realize that you are not ready to serve now, that is your right. We respect any decision you make. The consultation does not create any obligations for you.
If you decide to serve in the 41st OMBr, we will help you find a position in accordance with your skills, education, experience and wishes. Contacting a recruiter on your own gives you the opportunity to discuss various service options and, if possible, choose the direction in which you can best realize your knowledge, experience and abilities.
Our task is not to convince you at any cost. Our job is to answer all your questions honestly, provide complete information and help you make an informed choice.
The first step is not to sign the documents. The first step is a simple conversation. Asking does not mean agreeing. Getting a consultation is not a commitment. The final decision is always up to you.
