"Agronomist". Honesty that takes a stand

He worked with the land all his life.
Gardens. Berries A harvest that does not appear by itself - it must be nurtured, waited for, protected.
Call sign - "Agronomist".
39 years old. Married. Father of two children.
Before the war, he was an agrarian business. Years of work as an agronomist, chief agronomist, head of directions in horticulture and berry growing. A field where the result depends on knowledge, accuracy and responsibility for every decision.
In 2023, he was drafted into the army and sent for training.
Officer courses at the Lviv Academy of Ground Forces became the first stage of a new life. After completing his studies, he received the rank of junior lieutenant and was sent to the 41st brigade.
The position is the commander of an anti-tank platoon.
He has been in this position for three years.
Under his command, the platoon acted clearly, harmoniously and confidently. In difficult combat conditions, the unit repeatedly demonstrated high efficiency: it was possible to stop the enemy, disrupt his offensive actions, and disable and destroy combat equipment. The number of effective hits was the result of systematic work, competent management and full cooperation of the personnel.
Chasiv Yar.
Kurshchyna.
Sumshchyna.
Kupian direction.
On each of these directions, the anti-tank platoon under his leadership performed tasks where it was necessary to restrain the enemy, prevent him from advancing and buy time for other units. There was no room for chance here - only cold calculation, preparation and responsibility for the sector you hold.
He speaks about the war without embellishment:
"There is nothing good in war."
These words are not despondency, but a sober awareness of reality. That is why the main thing for him is professionalism, accuracy and a result that allows him to complete the task and save the lives of his fellow men.
"Agronomist" was not looking for heroism.
He simply transferred his civilian experience to military service: the ability to work systematically, think ahead and be responsible not only for himself. Just as he was once responsible for the harvest, today he is responsible for the people and for the direction his platoon holds.
For him, this is not only service.
This is a responsibility to subordinates.
To the country.
And to the two children who are waiting at home and for whom he must remain strong.
In the 41 brigade, such commanders are valued.
Those who do not talk about the result, but ensure it.
Those who under whose leadership the unit works stably and efficiently.
Those who lead not by words, but by their own example.
It is from such people that the team is made up.
And that is why recruiting is not about random decisions. It's about a conscious choice, about the opportunity to find your place, apply your experience and become part of a team where professionalism, preparation and responsibility are valued.
If you are ready to work for results, learn and bear responsibility, the 41 brigade will understand this.
People are needed here. Different. But those who know what and for whom they stand.
