The infantry holds the front: the story of "Besa" from the 41st OMBr

Before the war, "Bes" lived in Soledar and worked as a locomotive driver at the "Artemsil" enterprise. He says that life was ordinary: work, everyday affairs and plans for the future. As for millions of Ukrainians, everything changed after the start of the great war.
Bes began his career in the army even before the full-scale invasion. And later, his service led to the 41st OMBr, in which he has been performing combat tasks together with his comrades for over a year and a half.
During this time, there were different directions and combat exits. Sviatohirsky direction, Kupyan region, combat work and comrades with whom I had to go through a lot.
"Bes" speaks briefly about his path:
- But everything is as usual: shelling, work, exits.
Perhaps, this phrase best conveys the attitude of many servicemen to service. Where an outsider would see difficult trials, military men see their work and responsibility to their fellow men.
Most of his military journey is connected with the infantry. It was there that the first combat sorties took place, new experiences and people who became true brothers.
During the service there were also difficult moments. After being wounded, "Bes" underwent recovery and later returned to his unit.
— Returned back to the company and began to leave again.
This short phrase says a lot about the character of a person. Without unnecessary explanations, she shows her attitude towards service and responsibility towards those around her.
Today, "Bes" continues to serve in the ranks of the 41st OMBr together with her comrades. His story began far from the front - in peaceful Soledar, behind the console of a locomotive. But the war changed his life, and now he is part of a large team of people who perform tasks for a common goal every day.
People of different professions, personalities and life histories serve in the 41st OMBr. Everyone comes with their own experience, but everyone is united by the willingness to work for a common cause and support each other.
It is such people that make up the strength of the 41st OMBr. And it is the personal contribution of each serviceman that helps the brigade fulfill its tasks and makes Ukraine stronger.
