Become an artillery soldier in the 41st Brigade: we’ll train you from the ground up
Behind the strength of artillery are the people who serve in it. Just yesterday, they were repairing cars, working in construction or at a factory. Today, they serve as part of an artillery crew and support the infantry. You can learn this role too: the 41st Brigade is recruiting artillery crew members.
Every shot is a team effort. Alongside their comrades, an artillery crew member prepares the gun and ammunition, carries out their assigned duties and helps the crew work in coordination. Everyone matters: the whole crew’s performance depends on each person taking responsibility.
Artillery supports those holding positions and engaging the enemy. Serving in artillery means being someone your comrades can rely on.
No military experience? We’ll train you from the ground up. First comes basic military training, followed by specialist training and work as part of an artillery crew. You’ll gradually gain the knowledge and skills you need. We’re looking for a willingness to learn, discipline and a responsible approach to service.
Artillery service calls for endurance and attention to detail. Training, following safety rules and supporting one another are all essential to the crew’s work.
In a recent article, we told the story of Dioma, who started as an artillery crew member and later became a gun commander. Everyone has their own path and experience. Your first step is a conversation with a recruiter.
Join the 41st Brigade as an artillery soldier—through mobilization or under contract. A recruiter will tell you about the role and training and help you with the application process.
