Become a UAV Operator in the 41st Separate Mechanized Brigade: We’ll Train You from Scratch

Warfare is changing. Drones that seemed like the technology of tomorrow just a short time ago are now helping defend Ukraine. The future is already here — and you can be part of it. The 41st Brigade is recruiting UAV operators. Have no military experience? Never held a controller? We’ll train you from scratch.

Behind every drone is a person. Technology creates opportunities, while training, focus, and sound judgment help turn them into results. Being a UAV operator involves much more than controlling an aircraft. The outcome of combat missions and the lives of your fellow soldiers will depend on your work.

People enter this profession from many different backgrounds. Yesterday, you might have worked in construction, repaired cars, worked in retail, or held an office job. Today, you can learn to operate a drone and put your abilities to use defending Ukraine. What matters most is a willingness to learn, attention to detail, and a responsible approach to your work.

During training, you’ll learn how a drone works, how to prepare it for flight, and how to operate it. You’ll learn to read maps, use communications equipment, and carry out missions as part of a crew. Through clear explanations and hands-on practice, you’ll gradually develop the skills you need.

Alongside you will be fellow soldiers with whom you’ll prepare equipment, carry out missions, and support one another. As you gain experience, you’ll become more confident at the controls and develop a deeper understanding of your role. Technology continues to evolve, creating new possibilities — and your skills will grow along with it.

Your work will contribute to defending your homeland and the people waiting for you at home. At the same time, UAV operation is a combat role that carries risks. That is why training, discipline, and the ability to protect yourself and your fellow soldiers are essential parts of military service.
