You can become a tanker. Every experienced crew once had the first day, the first acquaintance with the machine and the first training. Professionalism comes with training, practice and experience.
When you look at a tank, the first thing you see is the armor. But the real power of this machine is inside - in people, their knowledge, responsibility and trust in each other.
You can create a powerful machine, give it modern systems and strong armor. But the character of armor is always created by people.
It is they who turn a combat vehicle into a real force, and a few servicemen into a crew.
