No. 4. How to get into the service of the 41st OMBr?

Many people want to serve in the 41st OMBr, but do not always know where to start.
The easiest solution is to call the recruiting group.
During the first conversation, we will learn about your experience, education, skills and wishes for future service. Based on this information, we fill out a short questionnaire and send it to the department where your knowledge and experience can be most useful.
The first conversation with a recruiter is primarily a consultation. You can ask your questions, learn more about the service and make a decision with peace of mind.
Not every candidate needs a separate interview. In some cases, after communicating with the recruiter, you can immediately proceed to the next stages.
If possible, the representative's division can also contact the candidate personally. This gives you the opportunity to ask your questions and learn more about your future service directly from the unit before the start of service.
Since the 41st OMBr carries out combat missions, a call from a representative of the unit may come both on the day of application and during the next few days.
If during the communication it becomes clear that this unit or position is not the best option, we will continue to select other opportunities according to your skills and the needs of the brigade.
