No. 6. The first steps in the 41 brigade
After completing the basic combined military training, the servicemen arrive in 41 separate mechanized brigades. The next stage is adjustment, which lasts about two weeks and takes place on the training ground.
This period helps to gradually move from basic training to service in the brigade. Servicemen practice interaction, consolidate practical skills and adapt to the specifics of the service. It is coordination, mutual understanding and the ability to act as a team that is an important component of the effective work of any unit.
During coordination, special attention is paid to practice. This is an opportunity to better understand the requirements of the service, get used to a new environment and more confidently start your further military path.
In 41 separate mechanized brigades, we are convinced that quality training consists of successive stages. That is why after the BZVP, adjustment is provided, which helps servicemen to consolidate the acquired skills, adapt to the service and confidently move on.
Each serviceman goes through this path gradually. First, there is basic military training, then adjustment at the training ground, after which the next stage of service begins. This approach allows you to better prepare for future tasks and become part of a large team of 41 separate mechanized brigades.
