His call sign is "Thunder".
Before the war, his life was connected with the road. The work of a driver on European routes, constant trips, kilometers behind the wheel — a familiar rhythm in which everything was clear.
But the war experience for him did not begin yesterday.
Even during the anti-terrorist operation, he voluntarily took up arms. He completed his first combat tour, after which he returned to civilian life.
But when the country needed his participation again, he did not stay away.
Without unnecessary words and long thoughts, he simply returned.
At first he served in other units. Later, he found out that the 41st OMBr was being formed, took the attitude and joined the brigade.
He says that it was a conscious decision.
During this time, he went through different directions - where work is checked not by words, but by results.
At first he worked in a mortar battery.
Later - other tasks, a different level of responsibility.
Now, together with his comrades, he performs logistics tasks as part of groups.
Their work is constant movement.
Deliver people, ammunition, products. Get to positions and get back.
Roads that do not forgive mistakes.
“The driver is always on the road. And every departure can be extreme," he says.
But despite this, they continue to work.
Because they understand well: others depend on their actions.
Next to them are brothers.
Different in character, experience, even in origin. But it doesn't matter in work.
There is a task.
And there are people who take responsibility for it.
In war, you feel many things without words.
Sometimes it is little things - for example, how birds suddenly fly up.
Such moments can tell more than any instructions.
Here you quickly learn to notice the details.
And even faster - to trust those who are nearby.
"Thunder" is not tries to look like a hero.
He says simply: everyone does his job.
And that is the essence.
When everyone is in their place, it becomes easier for others to do their job.
This is how a unit that works as a whole is formed.
The strength of the 41st OMBr starts with everyone.
With personal contribution. From responsibility.
