"Lipa": a service that strengthens the unit
Call sign - "Lipa".
Junior sergeant of the 41st separate mechanized brigade.
Before the war, he worked on the railway - repairing wagons. The work is technical, responsible, with a clear understanding of processes and results. Later, he worked in construction and in production.
From the first days of the full-scale invasion, he came to the TCC.
Without hesitation.
Of course.
Combat experience
He served in various directions. He performed combat tasks as part of the unit, worked at positions, held a certain sector.
Maintaining the line is a daily readiness to act, endurance under pressure and responsibility for every meter.
Together with his comrades, he held the defense and did not allow the enemy to advance.
Later he was wounded.
Return to the formation
The injury became a test.
But "Lipa" returned to the service.
This decision is about character and inner stability.
For his service and the performance of combat missions, he was awarded medals.
He talks about this discreetly. He says simply: let's keep working.
A sergeant's responsibility
Today he is a junior sergeant.
This is a responsibility not only for himself, but also for his comrades.
For discipline, for order, for completing the task.
He knows what a position is.
He knows what it means to hold the line.
And he understands the price of a mistake.
That is why he acts carefully, carefully and professionally.
Personal contribution
In 41 separate mechanized brigades, everyone is responsible for their own area of work.
When everyone performs tasks honestly and qualitatively, the unit becomes stronger.
Lypa service is an example of how personal responsibility strengthens the team.
And a strong brigade is formed from the decisions of each serviceman.
